Terms of Service

1. Services Provided

MindMethods Solutions provides Mobile Application Development, Web Application Development, Enterprise Software Solutions, and UI/UX Design services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and costs will be outlined in individual Master Service Agreements (MSAs) or Statements of Work (SOW) executed with the client.

2. Intellectual Property

Upon final and full payment for services rendered, the intellectual property rights of the custom-developed applications will be transferred to the client, as strictly defined in the project SOW. MindMethods retains the rights to any underlying frameworks, open-source integrations, or generic tools utilized during development.

3. User Obligations

Clients are expected to provide timely feedback, necessary access credentials, and accurate project requirements to ensure on-time delivery. MindMethods is not responsible for project delays caused by the client's failure to provide required assets or approvals.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, MindMethods Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from the use or inability to use our services or deliverables.

5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in New Delhi, Delhi, India.
